Many times when I talk with clients, they tell me that their well of prospects in dry…that they have nothing in the pipeline. Well, I almost always like to challenge that. When I dig deeper with them, there are typically people in their circle who have casually expressed an interest in their services and those who they have conducted strategy sessions with in the past who were just not able to commit at that point. I like to refer to these folks as “warm prospects to nurture and love.” Find out how to take advantage of this hidden gold mine in this week’s video.

Dana, of course I agree with everything you said about follow up. This would be a great time to mention SendOutCards. Don’t be bashful about it. It is a great way to follow up and also put your follow up on automatic pilot. If you want to touch someone quarterly you can set up a campaign with 4 cards, once a quarter, and have them go out automatically so you don’t have to remember. If you want to learn more about this feature, let me know.
The glare from the window is washing you out and taking away from your natural beauty. 😉

Absolutely! Send Out Cards is a great tool for automating your follow up — and I use it in combination with other methods of reaching out (e.g., email, phone calls, letters, etc.). And yes, unfortunately this video came out with a lot of glare…Will be more careful next time… :)
